Dried Plum Truffles
Irresistible chocolate truffles with dried plum filling.
Ingredients: 200g dark chocolate, 100g dried plums, 50g butter, 2 tbsp cream, cocoa powder. Method: Melt chocolate with butter and cream. Blend dried plums into a paste. Form plum paste into small balls. Dip in chocolate mixture. Roll in cocoa powder. Refrigerate for 2 hours before serving.
